At El Asadero Gil, our story begins with Daniel's family recipe and a love for bringing people together around good food. Inspired by por family's restaurant tradition in Saltillo, Mexico. we're sharing that same passion here in San Antonio. Our specialty is marinated arrachera, served with warm tortillas, grilled onion, sausage and salsa. From arrachera tacos to papas asadas, queso fundido and fresh guacamole, there's something for everyone at the table.
